Closing your account
You're signed out straight away and your profile stops answering for you everywhere. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind — sign back in within that window and everything comes back.
Any job you have open closes now rather than in 30days, so creatives don't keep spending proposals on it.
After 30 days
Deleted for good: your name, photo, phone number, location, dates, budget and what you were looking for, plus your saved creatives, folders and saved events. Your login is emptied, so you can sign up fresh with the same email.
Kept: bookings, payments, invoices and the messages in them. They are a record of work you agreed with someone else — they need it if anything is ever disputed, and we are required to keep the financial side. Your name comes off it; what you agreed stays.
Reviews you left stay too, shown as from a deleted client. A review is part of a creative's rating, and removing it would take away something they earned.
