Terms of Use
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Revel (revelbookings.com). By using Revel you agree to them.
Revel is currently operated by Natalie Evans as a sole trader, based in the United Kingdom.

Revel is in early testing. Things may change, break or be removed while we improve it.
1. What Revel is, and what it isn’t
Revel introduces people. It is not a party to your booking.
Clients post jobs. Creatives apply. When the two of you agree to work together, the agreement is between you. Revel is not your employer, your agent or your client, and it is not responsible for the work, the payment or the outcome.
We do not handle money. Fees are agreed and paid directly between the client and the creative. We do not take payment, hold funds or process card details. If a payment goes wrong, it is between the two of you.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your account and anything done through it. Don’t share your sign-in.
3. Creatives
Approval. Your application is reviewed by hand before your profile goes live. We may approve it, decline it, or ask for more. We do not have to give a reason, though we usually will.
Your work. You must own the work you upload, or have permission to use it. You keep the rights to it. By uploading it you allow us to show it on Revel, to clients and on your public profile.
Your prices and terms. You set your own prices, packages, deposit terms and cancellation terms. They are yours, not ours, and they are what the client agrees to.
Your obligations to clients. If you accept a booking, honouring it is between you and the client. We do not guarantee your work to them, and we do not guarantee their payment to you.
4. Clients
Your event details. Post accurate information. Creatives price against what you tell them.
Changing an event. Once a creative has expressed interest or sent a proposal, some details of your event are locked: the date, place, venue and budget. This is deliberate. A creative who priced a job in one city should not find it has moved to another.
Accepting a proposal. Accepting closes the event to other creatives, and the other proposals on it are marked unsuccessful. Each event is for one role. If you need a photographer and a videographer, post twice.
Your obligations. The agreement, the fee and the cancellation terms are between you and the creative.
5. Messages and behaviour
Be civil. Do not use Revel to harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate against anyone.
Do not:
- Impersonate anyone, or claim work that isn't yours
- Post anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to post
- Try to get around our systems, scrape the site, or interfere with how it works
- Use Revel to advertise something else
Reporting. If someone behaves badly, report them. We will look into it. If you are reported, we will tell you what has been alleged, but not who reported it.
Suspension. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or where we think someone is at risk. In serious cases we may do so immediately.
6. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from your settings.
There is a thirty-day grace period, after which your identity is removed. Bookings, payment records and reviews remain as a record for the other party, without your identity attached. Reviews you have received are not deleted.
7. What we don’t promise
Revel is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of faults, or that you will find work or find a creative through it.
We do not check creatives’ qualifications, insurance or right to work, beyond reviewing their profile and portfolio. We do not check clients’ ability to pay. You should satisfy yourself about anyone you work with.
8. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Beyond that, and because Revel is a free introduction service that does not handle your money, we are not responsible for any loss arising from a booking you make, work that is or isn’t delivered, a payment that is or isn’t made, or a dispute between a client and a creative.
9. Your content
You keep the rights to everything you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it on Revel for as long as your account is open, so the service can work.
If you believe someone has posted your work without permission, email natevansphoto@gmail.com and we will look into it.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you. Continuing to use Revel after a change means you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
These terms were drafted with the help of AI and have not been reviewed by a solicitor. They describe how Revel actually works as of the date above.
